Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. However, we will do our best to assist you in communicating with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipping carrier will typically leave a door tag at your address. Address Verification
Occasionally, our shipping system may flag certain addresses as invalid or incomplete. When this happens, we will contact you before shipping to confirm the correct address.
Please note that packages returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to a reshipping fee.

We currently offer international shipping through our online store.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide shipping estimates via email. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout once items are added to your cart.

Will My Items Be Shipped in One Package?
Items within the same order will be shipped in one package.
Customs Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in addition to the shipping cost.
If an order is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees, the order will be cancelled and refunded for the item price minus the shipping cost.
